Who is Chris Morrison?

I'm Chris Morrison, a Front Royal, Virginia REALTOR® with RE/MAX Real Estate Connections at 235 South Street. I'm a combat veteran, spent 16 years as a software engineer and program analyst at the U.S. Department of Energy, served on Front Royal's Planning Commission and Town Council, and own rental property. I help buyers, sellers and investors across Warren County.

What areas do you serve?

Front Royal and all of Warren County, including Linden, Bentonville, Shenandoah Shores, High Knob, Blue Ridge Shadows and Happy Creek, plus nearby Shenandoah Valley communities.

Do you work alone or with a team?

Alone, on purpose. You work with me on every call, showing and negotiation. No hand-offs to assistants or junior agents.

How much does it cost to work with you?

Commissions are negotiable and are set in a written agreement before any work starts. Buyers sign a written agreement with me before we tour homes, and it spells out exactly how I'm paid. Nothing is hidden or automatic.
